Providing they are not misused or inaccurately marketed, our products are 100% legal & compliant in the UK.

If any product is sold to an overseas customer, we are not responsible for any broken international laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring any order they make is legal in their country, not us.

Any products brought from Kaptaan Ltd will not be replaced in the event of confiscation

We will send to all international customers on the understanding your country’s laws have been obeyed, and all responsibility lies with you.

ERRORS IN TYPOGRAPHY

Any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price may be refused or cancelled by Kaptaan Ltd if the incorrect price is listed. Whether or not your credit card has been charged, Kaptaan Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. The incorrect price will be credited to your credit card account if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled.

TERM; TERMINATION

As soon as you access the site and/or register or shop, these terms and conditions apply to you. Kaptaan Ltd may terminate these terms and conditions at any time without notice. SITE USE

Use of obscene or abusive language or any other form of harassment is strictly prohibited on the site. Members and visitors on the site are prohibited from impersonating Kaptaan Ltd or other licensed employees, hosts, or representatives.

Content that constitutes or encourages a criminal offence, violates the rights of any party, or otherwise gives rise to liability or violates any law may not be uploaded, distributed, or otherwise published through the site. It cannot be libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, intrusive, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. Uploading commercial content or soliciting membership in other commercial online services or organizations is not permitted on the site.

Kaptaan Ltd may link to third-party sites as a means of providing increased value to our visitors. While Kaptaan Ltd is affiliated with the third party, each linked site has its own privacy policies and data collection practices, independent of Kaptaan Ltd. RETURNS

In the event that the product is returned new, unused, and unopened, we will refund in full.

It is not always mandatory to return a damaged item if the issue is obvious, but photographic evidence is required.

Checks will be done.

You must return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Postage will not be refunded.

Upon receipt, we will reverse payment directly to your bank account.
